Information Collected and How it is Used
Certain information may be collected via the use of Really Big Crane Company services. The following types of information may be collected:
Information You Provide – When you sign up for an account with Really Big Crane Company or other Really Big Crane Company services you provide personal information or information about your company (such as name, address, e-mail address). This information is only used by Really Big Crane Company, it's parent company or it’s affiliates to enhance the services provided to you as a user of the Really Big Crane Company services.
Really Big Crane Company Cookies – When you visit certain websites that are part of the Really Big Crane Company network cookies may be sent to your computer. Cookies may be used for a variety of reasons, including tracking the country a user is visiting from to be sure they are directed to the correct version of a site, and session identification codes. Cookies are also being used to collect anonymous traffic data. User Communications – When you communicate with Really Big Crane Company via email, web form, or other means, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests or improve our services.
Really Big Crane Company only processes personal information for the purposes described in this privacy policy. In addition to the above, such purposes include:
• Providing all of the Really Big Crane Company services to you;
• Auditing, research and analysis in order to maintain, protect and improve our services;
• Ensuring the technical functioning of our network;
• Development of new and more compelling game titles; and
• Developing new services.
Really Big Crane Company processes personal information on our servers in the United States of America. We process personal information to provide our own services. In the case of game machines operated outside of the United States of America, we may process information on behalf of our affiliate designated in charge of Really Big Crane Company in that specific country.
Choices for Personal Information
When you sign up for a particular service that requires registration, we may ask you to provide personal information. If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use. • In the case of services being provided in a country outside of the United States of America, we designate one trusted business partner in a given country to manage the Really Big Crane Company system. That trusted business partner agrees to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
• We have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Play Mechanix or it’s users as required or permitted by law.
If Really Big Crane Company becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
