If something happens to your part and it is still within the warranty period, logging on bigcranes.com and add the parts to your cart. Claim your warranty on each part that is still under warranty. After you place your order, we will verify the parts you claimed are still under warranty. Once verified, you will receive a refund for your parts purchased under warranty!

We offer a full refund if your part is unused and returned within 30 days of purchase.

It is the objective of RBCC to have stock available for purchase for all of our amusement crane products but due to fluctuations in demand, sometimes that is not possible. RBCC products are available on a first come first serve basis. Parts ordered by 3:00PM CDT are often processed the same day.

All RBCC amusement crane machines and replacement parts are shipped as FOB Shipping Point. This means the buyer will determine the method of shipment, is responsible for freight cost, and is at risk in case of damage once the products are shipped. All items will ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
